After transferring to Western Michigan University in 2020, Veronica had no idea what she was going to major in. She started with business undecided, feeling her way through classes, but after taking her first accounting class she fell in love. She graduated from Western Michigan University in 2024 with her bachelor's degree in accounting.
During her time at Western, she did two internships with BKC. She quickly felt right at home with the people and the job. After she graduated, she took a full-time job here at BKC. She is excited to learn more about taxation and all the people who come with it.
Outside of the office, she enjoys playing video games, thrifting, plants, cooking, and spending time with friends, family, and pets.

“It’s funny because I wasn’t originally going to intern at BKC, and that would have been a huge mistake. After meeting with some of the team here, I knew this was the kind of place I wanted to work for. The way the staff can keep the working environment serious, but fun at the same time is something I truly cherish. Everyone here is so knowledgeable about what they do and is so willing to teach others. It is such a positive place to be.”
