Frequently Asked Portal Questions 

How do I reset my password?
First, enter your email address and select "reset your password." Enter your email again and click "send link". You will then be emailed a link that'll prompt you to reset your password.

Where do I find my login?
You may call or email portal help. They can send you your login or tell you over the phone if you cannot remember it.

Multi-factor Authentication Issue?
Please call us or send an email to portal help for additional assistance. 

New User?
If you have not previously used our portal before, please let your accountant know that you would like to have one created. You may also call or email portal help with this request. We will then send you a registration email to begin setting up your BKC Client Portal. 

What is the Portal used for?
The client portal can be used to access past or current year tax returns that you have filed with BKC. You may also set up File Exchange to conveniently send secured documents to your accountant. 

How do I change my password?
When you sign in you enter your email then click the button "sign in with Thomson Reuters Account" You will then select the button "reset password" and Thomson Reuters will email you a link to walk you through changing your password.

How do I change my login or email?
If you need to change your login or email please reach out to portal help via email or call the office and someone can assist you.
